Fate/Another 1.26

General changes 

  • Fate music now overrides the default dota music so they don’t mix. The music volume slider in the dota options now control the volume of Fate’s music. 
  • Added 3 new music tracks 

Stat changes 

  • Strength now gives 20 health per point regardless of main stat. 
  • Agility now gives 1 attack speed per point regardless of main stat. 
  • Intelligence now gives 15 mana per point regardless of main stat. 
  • Health regen per point of master mana fixed (currently gives ~3.6) and reduced to 1 per point. 
  • Mana regen per point of master mana fixed (currently gives ~3) 
  • Armor per point of master mana reduced from 2 to 1.5 

Item changes 

  • C scroll 
    • Cooldown lowered to from 10 to 7 seconds. 
  • A scroll 
    • Now has 200 physical damage block. 
  • S/EX scrolls 
    • Root and lock now have 0.1s delay before landing. No longer has diminishing returns. 
  • New item: Invisibility scroll 
    • Turns the target ally or yourself invisible for 4 seconds. Invisibility has 0.5s fade delay. Applies basic dispel on cast. The same target cannot become invisible again for 15 seconds after the invisibility wears out. 
    • Cost: 800 
    • Cast range: 700 

Hero changes


Red Saber 
  • Fixed a problem with voice being too low pitched 
  • Fixed a bug where Gladiusanus Blauserum and Tres Fontaine Ardent were not soft dispellable. 
  • Attack rate increased from 1.1 to 1.7 
  • Attack animation point increased from 0.3 to 0.5 
  • Gladiusanus Blauserum 
    • Max accumulated damage changed to a constant 200% (the equivalent of critting for 300%) from 280/300/320/340/360% 
    • Channel time now scales with levels, 2/1.7/1.4/1.1/0.8 
    • Cooldown scaling changed to 5/4/3/2/1 
    • Bonus magic resistance while channeling reduced to 30%
  • Rosa Ichtys
    • Now deals 300/400/500/600/700 physical damage 
  • Pari Tenu Blauserum 
    • No longer gives stun to Gladiusanus Blauserum 
Caster(5th) 
  • Fixed a problem where continued usage of Item Construction would lead to Caster being unable to buy more items. 
  • Fixed a problem with voice being too low pitched 
  • Dagger of Treachery
    • no longer steals master mana from abandoned players. 
  • Territory Creation 
    • Territory movement speed increased by 1
Caster(Extra) 
  • Soulstream replaced with a new ability: Throw Charm 
    • Using Armed Up loads 6 charms that Throw Charm can use. Throw Charm will not do anything if used without charms. 
    • Tosses a charm up to 1200 away from Caster, hitting all units within 200 radius. 
    • Enchants allies with buffs depending on what charm Caster currently has active 
    • Curses enemies with debuffs depending on what charm Caster currently has active and deals 100/125/150/175/200 damage. 
    • Cooldown: 1 seconds. 
  • Subterranean Grasp replaced with a new ability: Fox’s Wedding 
    • Creates a 250 radius field, units within the field cannot take magical and physical damage from units outside the field and vice versa (does not differentiate between enemies and allies). Only one field can exist at a time.
    • Duration: 1.2 / 1.5 / 1.8 / 2.1 / 2.4 seconds. 
    • Cooldown: 45 / 40 / 35 / 30 / 25 seconds.
  • Armed up now has 4 charms (one is granted by attribute), each scale on the level of Q. Charms stack up to 6 times, and last 15 seconds (the duration is refreshed upon adding stacks). Upon getting 6 stacks on an enemy, the charms explode with an extra effect. Cooldown: 35 seconds. 
  • Fiery Heaven 
    • Reduces magical resistance by 1/2/3/4/5% per stack and deals an extra 150/250/350/450/550 damage over a duration of 3 seconds on enemies. The damage over time does not stack. 
    • Instantly heals 150/200/250/300/350 health to allies, and increases their armor by 2/3/4/5/6 per stack. 
    • 6th hit effect on enemy: explodes, dealing 200/300/400/500/600 damage, enemies within 200 distance of the explosion take half of the damage. 
  • Frigid Heaven 
    • Slows movement speed for 2/4/6/8/10% per stack, and deals 30/40/50/60/70 damage per second if the enemy stands still. 
    • Enchants the weapons of allies, granting their attacks 3/6/9/12/15% movement speed slow and 80/90/100/110/120 attack speed slow. 
    • 6th hit effect: the enemy is frozen in place, unable to move or blink for 3 seconds. 
  • Swirling Heaven 
    • Silences and disarms enemy for 0.2 / 0.4 / 0.6 / 0.8 / 1.0 seconds, and deals 20 * stack count damage per second. 
    • Grants allies 5/10/15/20/25 * stack count movement speed, and 20/30/40/50/60% evasion. 
    • 6th hit effect: enemy is transformed into a harmless critter for 1.5 seconds, the critter is silenced, muted and disarmed for the duration. 
  • Chaos Heaven 
    • This charm is added to Armed Up upon buying Upgrade Charms. 
    • Burns mana from an enemy equivalent to Caster’s intelligence * stack count, and deals it as damage to the enemy. 
    • When cast on an ally, rips mana equivalent to 1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2.0 * Caster’s intelligence from up to 3 nearby enemies, converting it to health that is granted to the ally. Does not deal mana burn damage. 
    • 6th hit effect: curses the enemy for 4/5/6/7/8 seconds, revoking them as long as their mana is below 2%. 
  • Eightfold Blessing of Amaterasu 
    • Creates an 800 radius circle that drains mana equivalent to 3/4/5/6/7% of an enemy’s current mana per second. 80% of the drained mana is dealt as damage to the enemy, the same value is converted into health that is split evenly amongst allies in the circle.
    • Additionally applies a charm stack of the currently selected charm to all enemies and allies who were in the circle when it landed, and passively grants Caster 0/3/6/9/12 intelligence. 
  • Soulstream replaced by new attribute: Upgrade Charms 
    • Grants Chaos Heaven charm to Armed Up. 
  • Witchcraft 
    • Upgrades Eightfold Blessing of Amaterasu, increasing the radius by 200. Additionally, Armed Up will have its cooldown reduced by 10. 
True Assassin 
  • Self-modification 
    • No longer gains agility stacks from killing abandoned players. 
False Assassin 
  • Windblade 
    • Damage scaling changed to 400/500/600/700/800 Now deals physical damage 
  • Mind’s Eye 
    • Now a point target ability that can be cast on an enemy after casting any spell to attack for Assassin’s attack damage + 100/150 physical damage Agi ratio on base attack now deals physical damage Agi ratio increased to 1/2 Agi ratio on revoked enemy increased to 2/3 
Extra Assassin 
  • Cosmic Orbit 
    • On-hit silence now only applies if Cosmic Orbit is active. 
  • Fierce Tiger Strike 
    • Second strike now deals physical damage 
  • No Second Strike 
    • Open wounds damage scaling changed from 60/75/90/105/120 to 50/100/150/200/250 
    • Open wounds now deals physical damage instead of pure 
    • Open wounds no longer stuns. 
  • Furious Chain 
    • Agility ratio decreased from 2.5 to 1.5 
Ruler 
  • La Pucelle 
    • Fixed sound issues and a bug where Ruler wouldn’t resurrect properly. 
    • Now activates upon Ruler actually dying, and does not activate if Ruler is the only one alive on her team. 
    • Respawn delay increased to 4 seconds. 
    • The initial holy fire now deals 25% of enemies’ max health as magical damage over its duration. 
    • Upon ascending, enemies around Ruler take 25% of their max health as pure damage. 
  • God’s Resolution (spellbook): Reflection 
    • Increased reflect duration to 4 seconds, and cast range to 900. 
Avenger 
  • Fixed a bug where Bloodswap could be cast on Avenger himself, effectively doing nothing. 
  • Murderous Instinct 
    • Critical damage increased from 180/190/200/210/220% to 150/180/210/240/270%
