Fate/Another 1.21c Patch Notes part 2


General
  • Scout Familiar
    • Vision range increased by 100
    • Now gives 250 gold bounty
  • Link scroll
    • Now increases damage per person linked 20% for 2 people, 50% for 5 people
  • Ward Familiar
    • Now takes 3 instances of hits to kill (6 hp, takes 2 damage from all sources)
    • Can no longer be healed by heal scroll
Bug fixes
  • Vortigern now defaults to hit face forward when casted on her exact position

Archer of Red(Atalanta)
  • level 1 arrow charge is now 5
  • Skill shuffle
    • Catastrophe Barrage now on R ability slot
      • Arrow amount rescaled to 30/35/40/45/50
    • Tauropolos now on E ability slot
      • bonus range per agi is now 5, bonus aoe per agi is now 1
      • Cast time reduction is now 12/19/26/33/40
    • Crossing Arcadia is now an innate ability
  • Hunter's Mark attribute
    • Now deals 160 magical damage per stack (max stack 7 with apple attribute, 1120 total damage)
Berserker 5th
  • God hand strength penalty reduced from -50 to -30
  • Eternal Rage attribute
    • Getting hit while in berserk now reduces cooldown of other spells including combo by 1 second per 0.25 second minimum interval
  • Fissure Strike
    • Now knocks back enemies, stunning enemies when colliding with obstruction
  • Nine lives
    • Stun and revoke duration reduced from 1 second to 0.5 second per damage tick
Saber
  • Caliburn
    • damage increased by 80 (380/480/580/680/780)
    • Slow amount increased by 15% (35/40/45/50/55)
  • Strike air upstream attribute cost increased from 10 to 14
Caster 5th
  • Spell book silence cast point reduced from 0.3 to 0.15
  • Improve argos attribute
    • now grants 25 armor for 3 seconds after casting
Lancer 4th
  • Warrior's charge cast point reduced to 0.1 and animation adjustments(smoother cast backswing)
False Assassin
  • Wind Blade
    • Cast point reduced from 0.3 to 0.2
    • Animation adjustments
    • New in-game particle
  • Quick Draw
    • Cooldown increased from 60 to 65
    • Cast point reduced from 0.3 to 0.1
    • Animation adjustments
  • Tsubame Gaesh
    • Cast point reduced from 0.9 to 0.85
    • No longer silences for the duration, now interrupts casting on each hit instead
    • Now pierces avalon
    • Ganryu now deals area of effect damage from previous patch
Extra Assassin
  • Improve Martial Arts
    • Detection radius increased to 1300
  • No Second Strike
    • Cast point reduced from 0.8 to 0.75
    • Open wounds
      • Duration reduced from 3.5 to 3.0
      • Damage rescale to 65/80/95/110/125
    • Now silences for the open wound duration with Circulatory shock attribute
True Assassin
  • Zabaniya
    • Cast point reduced from 1.0 to 0.95
  • Snatch Strike
    • Cast range improved with levels (200/275/350/425/500)
    • Strength steal amount reduced to 7/9/11/13/15
  • Shadow Strike Attribute
    • Snatch Strike now applies blind, reducing the target's vision to 250 radius for 5 seconds
    • Shadow Strike now works if you are invisible to enemies (fog of war and presence of concealment)
      • Shadow strike still works with ambush while visible to enemies
  • Delusional illusion clones now has animation
Avenger
  • Tawrich Zarich
    • Damage increased by 20 (70/80/90/100/110)
    • Silence and Disarm duration increased to 1.3/1.5/1.7/1.9/2.1
  • True Form
    • Unlimited Remains
      • Spawn increased to 4
      • Damage reduced to 110/130/150/170/190
  • Berg Avesta
    • Damage Return increased by 5% on all levels
  • Endless loop cooldown increased from 100 to 120
Astolfo
  • Independent action
    • now grants max movement speed conditionally (revoked or not visible to enemies)
  • Monstrous strength
    • Now allows down with a touch to apply on hit effects (taken from sanity attribute)
  • Sanity
    • Down with a touch
      • Now applies disarm for the duration of lock effect
    • Basic attack root duration increased from 0.4 to 0.7
Tamamo
  • Soulstream cast point reduced from 0.3 to 0.15
  • Mantra cast point reduced 0.3 to 0.2
  • Eightfold Blessing of Amaterasu
    • Cast point reduced from 0.7 to 0.4
    • Area of effect increased to 700/775/850/925/1000
Rider 5th
  • Bellerophron
    • stun duration decreased from 2.0 to 1.5
    • Global audio now plays 0.2 earlier than before
    • Now locked for 0.3 after landing
Berserker 4th
  • Double edge
    • Mana burn increased by 20 (30/40/50/60/70)
    • Bonus movement speed rescaled (15/20/25/30/35) no longer diminishing
    • Damage taken increased from 20% to 25%
  • Blessing of fairies
    • Duration increased from 3.0 to 3.5
    • Mana cost increased from 10 to 13
  • Knight of Honor
    • Now uses caliburn level 2 to 4 instead of 3 to 5 (500/600/700 to 480/580/680)
    • Nine lives stun and revoke duration per tick reduced from 1.0 to 0.5
Ruler
  • Charisma
    • now grants flat bonus attack speed (10/20/30/40/50), no longer gives attack damage
    • duration is now 7 seconds for all levels
  • Purge the unjust
    • Now disarms the target
    • Silence/Disarm duration rescaled to 0.8/1.0/1.2/1.4/1.6
Caster 4th
  • Oceanic demon movement speed increased from 300 to 322
  • Exquisite Cadaver
    • Oceanic demon explosion delay from 1.0 to 0.85
  • L'arret de mort
    • Initial damage and damage overtime is now applied 0.5 seconds earlier after the initial knockup from 1.0 seconds
Archer 5th
  • Arrow rain
    • Arrow amount increased from 30 to 100
    • Arrow damage reduced from 500 to 150
  • Kanshou Bakuya Overedge
    • Cooldown reduced by Kansho Bakuya 4 seconds reduction
  • Hrunting
    • Cooldown reduced from 85 to 70
    • Buffer range is now unlimited (once you have cast hrunting, it will fire even if target is out of cast range, target still needs to be visible)
  • Broken Phantasm buffer range increased from 0 to 1500
Archer 4th
  • Enuma Elish projectile speed reduced from 1050 to 1000
Lancer 5th
  • Gaebolg(R)
    • Now knocks units away from the center
    • Projectile speed reduced from 2000 to 1900
    • Locks lancer for 0.2 seconds after landing
Red Saber
  • Sovereign's Glory
    • W has a 30% chance to blink strike while being used in Aestus Domus Aurea
Nursery Rhyme
  • White Queen Enigma
    • Percent health damage is now dealth over 2 seconds (can be spread by plains of water)
    • Projectile now provides 300 radius vision, also grants vision of enemies hit for 2 seconds (can be spread by plains of water)
  • I AM YOU AND YOU ARE MEH!
    • Doppelganger health rescaled to 70/90/110/130/150
  • Reminiscence
    • Nameless forest cooldown reduction increased from 60 to 90
    • Now grants 3% max mana regen per second
