Fate/Another 1.21 Patch Notes part 1

General
  • Strength now gives 17 health per point, from 16
  • Armor now gives 1.75 per stat up from 1.5
  • HP regen now gives 2.5 per stat up from 2
  • MP regen now gives 1.3 per stat down from 1.5
  • Servant base armour and mana regen changes
  • Tooltip updates

Bug Fixes
  • Heart Of Harmony and Tsubame Mai can no longer trigger on damage from
    allies such as Nuke
  • Avalon no longer triggers on damage from allies such as ZB's Nuke
    Saber animation synced to Excalibur fire time.
  • Repeatedly casting Avalon no longer bugs out Max Excalibur skill index

  • Base health increased to 1050 from 1000

  • Enuma Elish
    • Added new particle
    • Cast Point 0.3 to 0.2
    • Cast Delay 3.0 to 2.9
    • Cast Range from 1600 to 1700
    • Damage increased by 100 across all levels (900/1300/1700/2100/2500 to 1000/1400/1800/2200/2600)
    • Projectile speed from 750 to 1050
  • Max Enuma
    • Projectile speed from 750 to 1050
Archer 5th
  • Hrunting SFX changed
True Assassin
  • Protection from memes proc chance increased 15% to 17%
Assassin Extra
  • Tiger 2nd strike added effects, now has mini knockback and blinks behind target
  • No second strike buffer range 225 to 100
Berserker 4th
  • Base health increased 1350 to 1400
  • Rule Breaker Buffer range 115 to 90
Berserker 5th
  • Divinity value increased 12/24 to 15/30
  • Improve Divinity now grants 5 armor

Caster 4th
  • Madness now have 1 stack at the start of the round
Caster 5th
  • Rule breaker buffer range reduced 115 to 90
  • Caster now lands faster in Hecatic(also combo)
Lancer 5th
  • Gaebolg(R)
    • Area of effect 500 to 550
    • Cast point 0.8 to 0.6
    • Cast range 1000 to 950
  • Combo
    • Now blinks to the target after 0.15 dashing
Rider of Black (Astolfo)
  • Down with a touch rescale (0.8/1.2/1.6/2.0/2.4 to 1.2/1.5/1.8/2.1/2.4)
  • Monstrous strength
    • Damage increased 4% to 8%
    • Now deals magic damage
    • No longer self-inflicts damage to current health

Rider 4th
  • Army of the king
    • Battle Horn cast range increased to 3000, cooldown to 4 seconds from 16, duration now 8 seconds.
    • Summon Hephaestion and Wave cast point 0.5 to 0.1
      • Hammer and Anvil cast point reduced to 0.1
      • Brilliance of the King cast point reduced to 0.1
Rider 5th
  • Bellophron I
    • Cast point reduced 0.8 to 0.65
    • Riding attribute grants +200 damage (from +150)
  • Bellophron II
    • Riding attribute grants +250 damage (from +150)
Saber
  • Avalon
    • Counter flight time reduced 0.5 to 0.4 (charges towards the target faster)
  • Excalibur
    • Cast point reduced 0.3 to 0.2
    • Cast delay reduced 2.5 to 2.4
    • Projectile speed 1000 to 1150
    • Counter flight time reduced 0.5 to 0.4 (charges towards the target faster)
  • Max Excalibur
    • Projectile speed changed to 1150 (matches Excalibur)
Saber Alter
  • General
    • Mana regen increased from 2 to 10
  • Improve mana shroud
    • Mana regen increased from 7 to 15
  • Excalibur
    • Cast point reduced 0.25 to 0.2
    • Cast delay reduced 2.75 to 2.7
    • Projectile speed increased 1000 to 1100
    • Damage increased to 900/1250/1600/1950/2300 (1200/1550/1900/2450/2600 with attribute)
  • Dark light attribute
    • Crit rate increased 25% to 35%
    • Crit damage reduced 300% to 250%
White Saber

  • Invigorating ray ticks increased 1 to 2 (same damage per second)
  • Divine meltdown ticks increased 1 to 2 (same damage per second), first tick at 8%, last tick at 3.5%, 10 ticks in total.
