• Stun duration reduced(0.5/0.7/0.9/1.1/1.3->0.5/0.55/0.6/0.65/0.7)
• Revoke duration reduced(1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2->0.3/0.4/0.5/0.6/0.7)
• Silence duration reduced(1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2->0.3/0.4/0.5/0.6/0.7)

Ruler(Apocrypha)

• Magic Resistance:EX
• Stack regen speed increased(25->5 seconds while not in combat)
• Can no longer be removed by soft/hard dispel effects
• Charisma
• Now also increases attack damage by 12/24/36/48/60
• God's Resolution
• Now grants Ruler 30% magic resistance and 10 armor while channeling
• Attribute:Divine Symbol
• Now applies current level of Charisma to Ruler when La Pucelle activates

Lancer(5th)

• Attribute:Protection from Arrows
• Evasion rate reduced(35%->25%)
• Now enables an active ability that causes Lancer to continuously disjoint incoming projectiles for 3 seconds. Cooldown 60 seconds
• Attribute:The Heartseeker
• Mana cost reduced(17->10)

Berserker(5th)

• Attribute:God Hand
• Reverted a change from v1.17b that increased debuff duration to 10 seconds
• Mana cost remains the same

Last balance change before next major update v1.18 which will feature new Servant.
